Upon your arrival at Bagdogra Airport/ New Jalpaiguri Railway Station/Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction), meet our representative awaiting just outside the arrival hall. Later commence your drive (nearly 105 km- 4 hrs approx) to Darjeeling and on arrival check in at a hotel for overnight stay. Welcome to the graceful environs of Darjeeling; once the summer capital of India, Darjeeling is a land blessed with eternal beauty and charm. Indulge in the aroma therapy of its tea gardens where the fresh fragrance of new tea leaves will rejuvenate and creates an impeccable memory of your North-East India tour. A walk around the town will introduce you to the fabulous environs and the cultural buoyancy of the people living in it.

Early morning start for Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise from the peak and to enjoy the almost surreal sight of golden rays of sun bring alive the mighty peak of Mt. Kanchendzonga (Worlds 3rd highest peak). On your way back to the hotel you will be taken for a quick sightseeing tour to Ghoom Monastery and Batashia Loop War Memorial. At Ghoom Monastery bow to the 15 feet high statue of Lord Buddha and further move towards Batisia Loop War Memorial over a hilltop. Back at the hotel a delectable breakfast will await you and will be followed by half day local sightseeing covering Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Garden (Closed on Thursday) to see the endangered species of Red Panda, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday) and Tibetan Refugee Self-help Center (Closed on Sunday) Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed), Peace Pagoda. Also stroll around the Mall and Chowk Bazaar (Closed on Thursday) to explore the region and bag some beautiful trinkets as souvenirs from the region.

Morning drive to your next destination, Gangtok (nearly 135 km/4 hrs drive) and enjoy an en-route visit to Teesta. At an altitude of 5500ft Gangtok is the capital of the state of Sikkim. Beautiful and immaculate scenery, Gantok is a gorgeous town promising of the best monasteries and prettiest landscapes. On arrival check-into a hotel for overnight stay and then head for sightseeing tour of the region. Today's tour will include various famous tourist spots of the region such as, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey Monastery, White Hall and Flower Show.

Early morning breakfast will be followed by a 119 km long drive to the next destination, Lachung. Lachung is situated at an altitude of 8600 feet. On the way stop and enjoy a few wonderful locations like Tashi Viewpoint, Kabi Lungstok, Naga Waterfalls, confluence of Lachen chu and Lachung Chu at Chungthang, Twin Waterfalls and Bhim Nala Waterfalls. Guests are likely to reach Lachung at late afternoon or early evening when you will be accommodated in a hotel or resort for overnight stay. Evening will be free for a leisurely stroll around the village.

After breakfast drive towards Yumthang situated at an elevation of nearly 11800 feet - On the way you may visit the famous hot spring which is known for its curative properties of skin diseases - Yumthang is a valley near the river Lachung Chu surrounded by mountains where the tree line ends - In spring the valley erupts in riots of colors as Primulae, Rhododendrons and many other Alpine flowers in full bloom along with snow covered valley except in autumn - During winter Yumthang is somber with snow all around and the snow clad mountains adding to the ethereal beauty - Return to resort at Lachung for Lunch - After lunch visit Lachung Monastery, Cottage Industry and Waterfalls – Evening free to stroll around the village.

After breakfast leave for Gangtok - 125 kilometers, 4 – 5 hours drive - On the way stops at Singhik and Mangan - If the weather is fine and the sky is clear one can enjoy the view of Himalayan range with mount Kanchenjunga, mount Pandim, mount Kabru, mount Simvo, mount Jopuno, mount Khanchendzonga and mount Siniolchu - Various location offers a majestic view of these peaks hence photography will consume some time – The drive will be smooth due to the scenic beauty as in spring the forest cover erupts in a riot of colors as Rhododendrons, Primulae and many other Alpine Flowers are in full bloom - Back to Gangtok Evening free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center - Over Night stay at Gangtok

Morning at Gangtok brings a half day trip to placid Tsomgo Lake. At 12400ft the lake is only 40 km from Gangtok City and is almost about 1km long, oval in shape and 15 mtrs deep. Considered sacred by the locals, the lake is serene and beautiful creating a tranquilizing effect all around it. A visit to the banks of Tsomgo Lake will leave you revitalized and thus you will be directed to your next destination for the day, the Baba Harvajan Singh Mandir. Nathu La Pass to Republic of China is nearly 20 kilometers and is optional tour - Evening will be free you to be able to enjoy shopping or indulge in individual activities. (In case of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided)

On the last day of your North-East India tour you will be escorted to Bagdogra Airport/New Jalpaiguri Railway Station) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (Junction) for your onwards journey.

Arrive NJP Rlw Station / Bagdogra airport, Transfer to Darjeeling, Enroute Visit Mirick Lake &Nepal Border, o/n stay at Darjeeling.

After breakfast at hotel, depart for the sight seeing Full Day city tour of Darjeeling. Parmesan Nadia Himalayan Zoological park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute ( Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing -- Gumbo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center( Closed on Sunday),Tea Estate, Lebong Race Course , Peace Pagoda. & Rock Garden - Gangamaya Park. o/n at Darjeeling.

Darjeeling Early Morning Excursion to Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery & Batasia Loop. After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Gangtok o/n at Stay Gangtok.

After breakfast at hotel, depart for the sight seeing Full day city tour of Gangtok Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Enchey Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology, Chorten ( Stupa ), Orchid Sanctuary, Rumtek Monastery, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok & Tashi View Point.
